Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the Almec Srl websites (hereinafter "Data Controller") accessible electronically to the following address: www.almec.it

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but referring to resources outside the domain of the Owner.

HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

Following consultation of the sites listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed.

COOKIES

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. 1 - Technical cookies

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service "(see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code and Provision no. 229/2014).

They can consist of navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas).

2 - Profiling cookies

Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed in the context of surfing the net.

Given their invasiveness, the user is asked for prior consent to their installation as required by art. 122 of the Code.

3 - Analytical cookies

They are used to monitor the use of the web page by users by providing statistical reports that can support the site editor in its optimization. The Data Protection Authority has clarified that these cookies can be classified among the technical ones where the IP address is anonymized (even partially) and the sharing of information with Google is eliminated. Otherwise these types of cookies are associated with profiling ones.

Third party cookies

Each type of cookie can be first-party (i.e. processed and managed directly by the website owner) or third-party (when installed and acquired by different parties).

Third party cookies include the so-called. social plugin i.e. those components that allow integration with Social Media (such as, for example, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr etc) that operate through the website, where these generate cookies.

The management of the information collected by third parties is governed by the relevant information to which reference is made.

The site does not use cookies for user profiling, nor analytical and / or third-party cookies.

Instead, technical cookies are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the site.
