ROLLING INGOT CASTING TECHNOLOGY

The casting equipment for rolling ingot is customized to guarantee the highest production standard, even on existing machines.

The range of dimensions is wide, from 280x850 mm to 620x2750 mm; different sizes on request.

It is possible to cast any type of alloy.

The equipment can mount moulds with fixed or variable dimensions, with smooth or lubricated internal surfaces. The mould can be equipped with continuous lubrication through graphite inserts.

The casting equipment for rolling ingot is equipped with the Pilot Cast system, for automation and safety at work.
